Yvonne Way has been at the forefront of homecare in the Exploits Valley/Central Region for the past 18 years. In 2010, Yvonne opened the doors to Exploits Homecare Agency Ltd. with one client and one Home Support Worker.

Through hard work and perseverance, Yvonne very quickly grew the business and now boasts a beautiful, modern office in Queensway Park, Grand Falls-Windsor, along with 3 more offices in Springdale, Baie Verte, and St. Alban’s.

Yvonne has studied in many areas such as Counselling, Psychology, Sociology, Human Relations, Suicide Prevention and so much more. She also has an honors diploma in Community Studies.

Yvonne has a great passion for bringing healing and wholeness to people who are going through extreme and stressful life experiences. Empathy and Compassion are a BIG part of her job description.

When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel, and Yvonne understands that no one single approach is the right one for every individual. Yvonne helps her clients who include children, adults, and families find healthy solutions to their best quality of life.

Yvonne has been married to Winston for 37 years, the Love of her life!! She loves her family and friends and is enjoying life.
