Exploits Homecare Agency provides quality services that support independent living within the comfort of your own home. We offer flexible hours and individualized care.

At Exploits Homecare, we listen and will work with you and your family to develop a schedule and care plan that works for you. Our home support workers are caring, well-trained members of your community, and we will take care to help you select the right fit to manage all your needs. We can provide service for as little as a few hours to 24 hours a day.

Once your journey with us begins, we will be with you every step of the way. Regular communication with you and your selected caregivers will ensure your needs are being met on a daily basis, and our office staff are here to help you with any questions you may have or just to talk.

Personal Care

When you need help with your regular personal routines, our home support workers can help make this easier for you. They will assist you with all your personal needs with the utmost discretion and respect. Here are just some of the activities included in Personal Care:

  • Feeding Tubes

Household Management

When your daily homemaking activities become more of a challenge, our home support workers can help with all your basic household needs such as:

  • Light Housekeeping (making/changing beds, laundry, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, etc)
  • Meal Preparation
  • Grocery Shopping

Behavioural Support

Our home support workers can assist you with the care of your loved ones with a cognitive or physical impairment. We can help them maintain a safe independent living environment as well as supervised companionship when you need time for yourself. Activities can include:

  • Driving/Escorting clients to appointments & recreational activities
  • Supervising or assisting with daily activities such as cooking, eating, dressing, personal hygiene, light housekeeping

If you are living alone and feeling lonely or isolated, sometimes a bit of company is the perfect medicine. Our home support workers will accompany you on outings such as shopping, running errands, going for a walk, or just chatting at home over a game of cards and a good cup of coffee.

Sitter

If you’re a parent and struggling to manage a busy life schedule, we can help with all your childcare needs. Whether your child is an infant, preschooler, or young student, we can provide childcare that suits your schedule including day-to-day care or after-school help with homework or taking your child to after-school activities.

End of Life/Palliative Care

There may come a point in your life when curative treatments are no longer working, or you’ve chosen to stop treatments altogether. Palliative care provides comfort for you or your loved ones and allows you to spend quality time with your family. Our home support workers can provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support in the comfort of your own home.
